Maria Ramirez Garcia has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2018. She found her passion working with children and young adults as a nanny, Camp HOPE counselor, and “Big Sister” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County (BBBS) program.
Maria earned her Bachelor degree in Psychology and Masters in Special Education with Emphasis in Autism at San Diego State University (SDSU). While obtaining her Bachelor degree, she became a Registered Behavior Technician. Shortly after, she pursued her BCBA credential.
Maria believes in providing quality service, consisting of collaboration between treatment staff, family, and client. She believes these components contribute to effective treatment.
